Hi! My name is Kate. I’m a Sydney-sider who left my job as a ‘marketing type’ to go on an extended camping trip with my family of four. On ‘Trailer and Zen’, I share our adventures as we travel around Eastern Australia for a few months in our trusty camper trailer, as well as some deeper musings on moving closer to life in a state of mindfulness and (hopefully!) peace.
